Hariharan has coached leaders across the country in a variety of industries and is passionate about working with people and organizations in the areas of Leadership development and Team Effectiveness.
He brings an in depth understanding of business, with significant international experience, to his work in coaching and facilitating executives to understand and harness the power of behavioural factors in role effectiveness.
He is a certified CEO Coach (Executive &Business Coaching Foundation of India) who has also completed an International Certificate in Executive and Corporate Coaching delivered by DL Associates, UK.
He is a Post Graduate in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) and brings over 25 years of work experience apart from human process sensitivity, to his work as an Organisational Consultant and Coach.
He has completed the Advanced Lab in Human Processes (ALHP) from the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS) before continuing the journey with the Aastha Foundation for Human Learning and Growth (Aastha).
He is qualified by the Association of Psychological Type, USA, to administer and interpret the MBTI instrument and the FIRO-B instrument from the Asianic Psychologists Press, apart from a basic course in Transactional Analysis.
